Today we are releasing our first stash of Bourbon Barrel Meade. It has been aging away nicely for the past three months. We are putting the first 1/3 on tap today, saving another 1/3 for a month or two, and bottling the last 1/3 for a later release. Plus we have another batch set to go in the barrel again soon.
Other upcoming beers include our next rotating seasonal, a yet to be named bock. Cumberland's second ever lager is fermenting nicely and should finish by this weeks end. After a lagering period it should be ready for consumption around late March. On the pub system we have a batch of Barleywine being brewed over the next two days, as well as a small beer from the second runnings.
